Back to topHow do I know if my order has been received? When we receive your order, an Order Acknowledgement screen will be generated, issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You'll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order details.
Back to topChristmas Deliveries? We shall be closed from Friday 23 December until Monday 2 January inclusive. From the shopping cart point of view, this means that the last day for despatch to guarantee delivery before Christmas will be Wednesday 21 December (the 22nd will be cutting it too fine).
The cut off time for orders will be mid-day on 21 December. Despatches will resume again on Tuesday 3 January 2012. All orders or back orders not despatched by 21 December will be cancelled and the customers refunded.
Orders placed between 22 December and 2 January will not be despatched until 3 January.
Back to topCan I add to an existing order? You can add items to your order until you confirm your payment details and complete the order. Once the order is confirmed, you can't add items to the same order. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order.

Back to topDo I have to be there to sign for delivery? Most deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered and received correctly. If you cant be there to sign for delivery and your order qualifies, you may be able to provide special delivery instructions during the checkout process for our drivers to leave the item(s) with a neighbour or in some other safe place. Otherwise, remember that you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, or a friend's place, etc. please see our
terms & conditions page.

Back to topAre receipts sent with deliveries? Yes, we do send you a receipt with your items. You will need this in case you wish to return goods.
