Making A Purchase
Delivery is restricted to the Mainland United Kingdom. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment via Sage Pay & PayPal Secure Servers.  When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Shipping And Handling
Delivery is restricted to the Mainland United Kingdom. Any items ordered that are either to Heavy or to Bulky will be delivery by Courier. Our current charge is £8.00 upto and including 20 Kg. A further charge of 30 pence per extra 1 Kg will be calculated (excluding VAT). Some Bulky/heavy or odd shape items ordered in bulk will not qualify for free shipping. This is due to the cost of delivering these items.

Delivery Schedule
For the purposes of this section "a Working Day" is defined as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday excluding public holidays in the UK. Delivery is restricted to the Mainland United Kingdom. We do not want this to be the case, we value your interest in our company and your business and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but the cost of sending those items to you can become far too expensive. We can still supply our goods to you, just call us to let us know what you would like and we will give you an individual price for shipping those items to you at cost. Orders received before 4pm will be delivered to the Customer before 5:30pm on the first Working Day after the order is received. Orders received after 4pm will be delivered to the Customer before 5:30pm on the second Working Day after the order is received. All delivery dates are estimates only and the Company will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. If the Customer fails to receive the goods on the quoted delivery date the Company reserves the right to store the goods until the Customer can receive or collect the goods and charge all reasonable expenses relating to storage and additional costs of delivery to the Customer. |

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

Guarantee
The Company guarantees the Customer's satisfaction. All of the Company's products come with a 30 day money back guarantee on return of goods in an unspoilt, saleable condition. The Customer can notify the Company by phone, fax, email or letter. The Customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to the Company unless the goods are being returned because they are incorrect or defective, in which case the Company will arrange for the goods to be collected by their nominated carrier. On receipt of the goods by the Company the Customer will receive a credit, exchange or refund to the total value of goods returned subject to the goods being returned in an unspoilt, saleable condition. |
