Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment via Sage Pay & PayPal Secure Servers.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We reserve the right to substitute out of stock or discontinued items with a comparable alternative of equivalent or higher value. If no suitable substitute is available we will contact you.
Tax Charges
All prices are subject to VAT at the standard UK rate of 20.0%.
All orders for delivery outside the UK will be charged at 0% tax providing the customer supplies a valid EU tax code.
Credit Card Security
All transaction information passed between Adams Packaging and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Privacy Policy
Adams Packaging does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at

If however you order the wrong item, are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us, and providing they are received by us in good condition (ie they have been handled with reasonable care), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us. If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 14 days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged.

Your right to return goods applies only to our standard product range. We regret we are unable to accept returns for custom made or bespoke products that we have produced specifically for you to your instructions except where goods are damaged on receipt or we are at fault for any errors or omissions. In these circumstances we reserve the right to provide a suitable replacement or remake the goods to your satisfaction.
Non receipt of goods
If your goods fail to arrive after we have sent you a confirmation of despatch email you must inform us in writing/email within 7 days. We can then take up your dispute with the Post office or courier. Claims after this period will not be entertained.
Shortages and Damaged Items
No claims for short delivery or damaged items can be considered unless they are made, in writing, by e-mail within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel(s).
Special Instructions
We cannot guarantee to action special instructions (eg if we are out leave in porch) after the despatch e-mail has been sent. Any such special instructions need to be included at the time of placing the order.

We despatch your goods in a variety of ways, either by using our own super fast Adams Packaging transport, or with UK couriers including TNT, Parcel force, and Night freight.

All UK mainland deliveries for orders over £100 (Exclusive of VAT) are FREE.
All orders that can be sent with one of our carriers other than Royal Mail and are received before 14.00 will be despatched on the same day (subject to stock levels) with our courier on a next working day delivery service. If items are not in stock we will contact you to confirm.
Smaller items that can be shipped with Royal Mail will be, this is to save you the extra cost in paying for a courier delivery. Some items can ship for as little as £4.10, but will take as long as the post office takes to deliver the parcel. This is normally in 2-3 days.
For all other destinations & orders below £100 (exc VAT) the following rates apply;

For the purposes of this section "a Working Day" is defined as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday excluding public holidays in the UK.
All delivery dates are estimates only and the Company will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
If the Customer fails to receive the goods on the quoted delivery date the Company reserves the right to store the goods until the Customer can receive or collect the goods and charge all reasonable expenses relating to storage and additional costs of delivery to the Customer.
